Internal Arts Class

This is an ongoing, experiential class based on the ancient practices of Meditation, Yoga and Qigong.

Participants can experience:

  • the full breath which harmonizes the BodyMindSoul
  • release of tension and holding patterns
  • a tranquil mind in the presence of the ripples of thought
  • deep relaxation through forms which balance movement with stillness
  • the unique benefits of group practice

Continued practice can lead to a new way of being in the world – in gratitude, love, peace, humility, and strength.

No prior experience is necessary. All levels are welcome and can benefit. The class is refreshing, energizing, and challenging, but not too strenuous.
