Dr. Robert Jaffe
MD, MD(H), DD
Director, Jaffe Institute of Spiritual and Medical Healing

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter in support of Kourosh Kashani. This is a letter of recommendation for his work, which I believe to be very effective in treating children suffering from these rare diseases. I am the director of the Jaffe Institute of Spiritual and Medical Healing in Napa, California. We approach medicine from a spiritual and complementary way, integrating similar methods into traditional mainstream medicine.

I find Mr. Kashani's approach to healing extremely valuable. It includes a wide range of modalities and alternative methods for healing children suffering from diseases who normally get little help from traditional methods. I am familiar with all of the methods that he is using and feel that they do significantly help people to heal. They are especially effective in children who are more open to alternative approaches generally. This is because they do not carry the levels of conditioning as strongly as we who have "grown up."

Working with children who suffer from autism, PDD, ADD, ADHD, etc., is an extremely challenging and necessary part of our work as a society to care for the children who are born with these types of difficulties. There is little help available for these diseases within the traditional lines of care. For this reason it is important that we open ourselves to finding ways to care for them that are different. Mr. Kashani’s work helps these unfortunate children and is very needed. I believe this reflects the highest level of honesty and care that he embodies. However, it takes a long time for treatment to make a significant change in their behavior. Unfortunately, many of the parents have exhausted their resources in healing these children. Mr. Kashani’s approach to offering his services at discounted rates or for free is one more example of his commitment to these children. I applaud him for his caring.

Personally I support him deeply in his work. He has a very high level of integrity and I believe that he is truly doing this work from his heart in response to the tremendous need of these children.

I also applaud his methods and efforts in trying to make a difference in this group of children. Many of these children need to be addressed at particular times of their development and Mr. Kashani is aware of this and focuses on these children at this time. Secondly, he discounts his services so that all children in need can get help whether their parents have the money or not. Most parents pay out of pocket for these services.

Finally, he has developed a network to search for these children to try to offer them services during the window time that this work can be affective.

I would ask you to support this work so that the children can receive the care and possibilities of this approach before they cross over to the time where it will not be as affective.

Personally, I deeply support this work and the spirit in which it is done.

Warmly,
Dr. Robert Jaffe
